18. My remote control drone is drifting too much in one direction.
1. If your drone includes a trim adjustment feature, push the trim button in the opposite way the drone is drifting to correct its direction.
2. Recalibration of the drone's gyro could solve the issue. Review your drone's user manual for drone calibration instructions.
3. For some models, reset the gyro by spinning the drone to calibrate it; turn the drone on and spin the drone clockwise until the lights change then point the front of the drone straight up in the air and spin it clockwise until the lights turn solid.
4. If one of the motors is moving slower than the others, replace the motor.
19. Why doesn't the trim button on my drone remote work?
In some cases, your quadcopter transmitter might have a non-functioning trim button. Review your drone's user manual to see if your drone includes a trim adjustment feature. (Many drones including "UDI" in the model number have non-functioning trim buttons.) If your drone is not a UDI model and you feel your trim button isn't working, please contact us at Contact us at

Check propellers to make sure they're undamaged and properly installed on the correct motor. Improper installation can render the drone inoperable.
29. Why can't I see what my drone sees on my phone via the app?
Your mobile device must be connected to the drone's Wi-Fi signal. Turn the drone on and go to your mobile device settings to find your drone's Wi-Fi signal (which is different from your Bluetooth icon). If the result is the same while connected, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and make sure your phone's OS is fully updated.
30. Why won't my drone batteries work, or stay charged?
Most drone batteries need to charge for 1-2 hours. Test your batteries after charging to ensure the charger is working properly. Do not store the batteries partially charged. Keep in mind: Li-Po batteries will deplete over time; if your batteries have seen lots of use, consider purchasing new batteries.

Boat FAQs
1. The transmitter turns on but the RC boat isn’t running.
The RC boat will not run unless it’s in the water. This safety feature is included on all of our RC boats.
2. Water is leaking into the RC boat with each use.
It's normal to have some water in the hull of the RC boat after use. Before storing, make sure to thoroughly dry the electric boat.
3. Can I use the RC boat in salt water?
Please do not use any of our RC boats in salt water; the salt will damage the toy boat.
4. The rudder on the electric boat won’t turn in one direction.
The servo receives the signal that controls the electric boat's rudder; make sure the servo hasn't slipped out of position. Make sure the control rod is in place to connect the servo to the rudder.
5. Can two electric boats run side by side?
Yes! Make sure to pair the RC boats separately. Turn one on and pair it with the transmitter before proceeding to the second RC boat.
6. Are there any videos available to see how the RC toy works?
7. What's a good starting age for operating remote-controlled toy boats?
It’s up to the parent to decide. We recommend that all children be supervised closely when operating RC toys. Typically, we suggest around 8 years old for the youngest RC beginners.
8. Where can I purchase spare parts for RC boats?
For spare parts for the RC boat, please email us at support@force1rc.com
9. How long does it take to charge the batteries for the RC boat?
Charging the boat battery typically takes about 1-1.5 hours.
10. The steering is locked on the remote control boat.
If the steering locks, check for water in the RC boat. Empty all the water from inside the boat and let it dry out. Check the white rubber tubing on the back side of the hull and secure if necessary.
11. Is there a power switch on the remote control boat?
Nope! There is no power switch on the electric boat. Once you plug the battery in and place the boat in the water, it's ready for pairing.
12. Why does my remote control boat start off moving slow for a few seconds and then speed up quickly?
The RC boat always starts off slow. Once it can get up out of the water on a plane, it can reach higher speeds. This occurs in real boats as well.
13. What if the electric boat capsizes?
There is a capsize recovery feature on the RC transmitter; simply move the throttle forward and backward and the RC boat should flip over.
14. What size of battery does the remote control transmitter need?
The remote control requires 4 AA batteries.
15. Can the RC boat be used in a body of water with vegetation?
Use caution in vegetation. You don’t want the remote controlled boat to get caught or stuck. Clear any debris form the electric boat after each use.
16. Is there a warranty for the toy boat?
17. My question is not listed here.
