My charger had an issue. It got too hot and and stopped working. So I called USA Toyz and I was shock by their excellent customer service!! They sent me a replacement and new batteries!!! I highly recommend the company!

great little car - big fun - BUT watch the batteries!!

This little car is a lot of fun. I bought 3 for a grandson, his dad and myself.. one can't race with only 1 car. However, be very careful with the batteries. on first charge, one of the batteries swelled up like an overstuffed pillow. An indication that something is very wrong and very dangerous. It could spontaneously ignite and cause a fire.

Excellent Product and Excellent Customer Service

My father got this as a Christmas present for my 2 1/2 year old son. My boy couldn't drive it all that well but he loved playing with it and got better as he got older. Then we moved and I lost the charging cable. It took me a while but I got around to emailing Force1. They responded in a few days and they were on point helping me out. They created an invoice for the charger and I got it one in the mail by the end of the week. When I opened the package I noticed it wasn't just the charger though. They included 2 batteries with it. I'm highly impressed all across the board.
