Hello, I bought this for my son, but unfortunately, it's not functioning properly. Regrettably, I'm now outside of the return window. It's been a disappointing purchase.

The functionality doesn't match up to the first one I owned. Now, I have to physically tap the drone to maneuver it instead of simply gesturing with my hand. I wonder if they used fewer sensors or less effective ones this time around.

This drone was incredibly cool and provided entertaining visuals, especially in a dimly lit room. Unfortunately, it only lasted one week before it stopped holding a charge. It's disappointing because it worked exceptionally well when it was functional. I ordered two drones, one of which was a gift, but I haven't received feedback on whether the other one is still operational. As of March 25, 2024, the seller reached out to me after seeing my review and offered to replace the faulty drone. The replacement arrived promptly, and so far, it's been working flawlessly. Additionally, the seller sent another item free of charge for us to try. I'm impressed by the seller's response; they kept me updated on the replacement shipment and ensured that I received it. They even included a handwritten note, which I appreciated. It's reassuring to know that they stand behind the products they sell, and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

It broke after just one day of use.

It may feel a bit cheap considering its price, but it deserves 5 stars for the sheer entertainment it provides to my 3.5 and 1.5-year-old kids. Despite seeing complaints about battery life and durability issues, we haven't experienced any. We've owned it for two months now and use it every day, often multiple times a day. Even though we leave it plugged in after charging, it still gives us a good 5 minutes of use after 50 minutes of charging, which is contrary to the instructions. Surprisingly, it hasn't shown any signs of malfunction or overheating. It comes with extra prop blades, which is handy since they tend to fall off occasionally. It's worth noting that the blade orientation alternates. Additionally, it does an impressive job of sensing walls and ceilings, and it's surprisingly durable. Despite my older kid playing a game of knocking it out of the air for the last month, it's still working perfectly fine. The bright red and green lights add to the fun, especially in a dark room.
