Our initial experience with this product was not great. Even after trying various brand new batteries in the remote, and making sure the battery in the drone was charged, we were unable to turn on the remote control and get it to pair with the drone. We ended up returning it to Amazon for a refund. Then, about a week later, the seller contacted me through Amazon and apologized for our experience and offered to send us a new drone, free of charge. The new drone has been working just fine, my daughter's only comment is that it drifts slightly when she flies it, but that could be user error, as she is new to using a drone. The barrel roll button works well, you just have to make sure that your drone has enough altitude and space to execute it without hitting anything. The rechargeable battery provides maybe 8 to 10 minutes of use, but charges fast, and there are 2 batteries so you can charge one while using the other. It is a bit loud (reminiscent of a dentist drill...) but quieter than my children usually are. :-) The battery does get HOT with use, so take care when removing to recharge. We have only used it indoors so far. Overall, a good experience with this company, and we would consider purchasing other items from them in the future.

It does what its supposed to do, it flips. Dont let it land in long grass, gets caught in the blades. Beginner like me. Use a tarp or blanket as a landing pad. Fun, but dont see this lasting very long with the crash factor.
My kid loves it
Beware when your propellers break because replacements are hard to find.
