During one of its flights, it malfunctioned and flew away while I was up at a considerable height. Fortunately, the customer service was exceptional.
I am a expert rc pilot and this drone is definitely a powerful quad copter. I enjoy flying this machine. The thing i like the most about it is.... That you have to fly it by radio, None of the follow me function or gps mode. Just straight up rc pilot controls. It is a big bang for the buck.

Tell you this much, I have been through 8 of them....and yes this drone is that good. I also have been through two f-200 shadowhex, which they no longer make.(f200 was garbage). The F100 I would definitely recommend, but not as a beginner drone. This drone can hit speeds up to 50 mph. It does not come with any safety features, no GPS, no return to home, no altitude hold...... YOU FLY IT........ I personally still have my favorite which is the original F100 GHOST. (impossible to find in all white)

This has provided immense enjoyment! The customer service is truly outstanding, exceptionally quick in responses and providing detailed answers.
Utilizing this camera drone with my GoPro camera exceeded my expectations in terms of performance. It proves to be a very stable flyer, equipped with notably large motors for its propellers. I would confidently recommend this to any novice drone user.
